Customers with Pup Walkers must agree to this policy when scheduling with us. Failure to abide by the policy
will result in either a fee or being unable to continue to book services with Pup Walkers without a refund from the original booked service.
Health and Safety: Customers will give any needed information about their dog and if anything is left out it is
on the customer for harm caused due to not giving that information.
Vaccination: Customer's dog must have up-to-date vaccinations and any other needed medicine, as well as proper documentation in order to book a service.
Behavior: Customer's dog must be able to be around other dogs without causing trouble or trying to harm them or our employees.
Emergencies: If an emergency occurs, the customer will be expected to pick up their dog as instructed by
employees currently taking care of said dog.
Cancellation and Refunds: Refunds will only be given out if something happens to the dog that is the fault of
an employee.
Medication: If customer's dog needs medication the customer is required to bring the medication in its origanal
bottle with a readable label. Loose pills and medication not in its origanal bottle will not be accepted. The label must
clearly state doseage and when the medication needs to be taken. The customer must bring enough medication for the entire
time that the dog will be cared for by employees and extra for longer periods incase of delays for customer taking back their dog.
